1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information submitted through the MadebyVortechs Acquisition Sprint website, qualification application, related email communications and booking workflow. It does not govern independent websites or services that publish their own privacy policies.
2. Information we collect
We may collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, website or professional profile, WhatsApp number, monthly revenue range, offer status, traffic status, purchasing authority, deployment timing and the business problem described in your application.
We also record operational information needed to process and measure the application, such as submission time, application identifier, qualification route, campaign attribution parameters, email delivery identifiers, booking status and automation state. Standard server logs may include technical information such as request time, browser information and security events.
3. How we use information
We use application information to evaluate deployment fit, route the application, send requested next steps, provide a private booking link to qualified applicants, conduct manual review, manage bookings, prevent abuse, maintain application records and improve the reliability of the Acquisition Sprint process.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use application information for unrelated third-party advertising.
4. Email and WhatsApp communications
Application and booking emails are transactional communications requested by submitting the application or booking a call. You may reply to an email to request help or add context.
If you separately opt in to WhatsApp messages and provide a valid number, MadebyVortechs may use that channel for application, booking and appointment reminders. WhatsApp consent is optional. You may withdraw consent by replying STOP or contacting us by email.
5. Service providers
We use service providers to operate this process. These include Hostinger for website hosting, n8n Cloud for workflow automation, Resend for transactional email, Cal.com for scheduling, HubSpot for customer relationship management and pipeline visibility, and Google Analytics for consented operational measurement. Each provider processes information under its own contractual and security terms.
6. Analytics and consent
Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics. When accepted, we use a first-party consent record and pseudonymous client and session identifiers to measure page use, application progress, qualification routing, calendar access, bookings, reschedules, cancellations and transactional email execution. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, business problem or other application text to Google Analytics.
Analytics storage is denied by default. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization remain denied because this website does not currently run advertising tags. Google Signals is disabled.
You may reject analytics without affecting the website, application, qualification, booking or email process. You can change your choice at any time through the “Analytics preferences” control in the website footer. Rejecting analytics removes the local analytics identifier and attempts to remove first-party Google Analytics cookies set by this website.
7. Retention
We retain application, communication and booking information only for as long as reasonably necessary to review the application, manage the relationship, maintain operational records, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Records that are no longer needed are deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion using the contact details below.
8. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including restricted credentials, server-side validation and controlled access to automation records. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their applicable transfer and security safeguards.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. 10. Children
The Acquisition Sprint is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this application.
